THE SUMMIT
The ECS is hosted at the Kinepolis Multiplex, allowing an important flexibility thanks to its 2000m² of exhibition lounge, 4 conference rooms, multi-screens for cinema releases (12 rooms from 100 to 500 places), a terrace, a solarium and its trade fair. Presence of bars and confectioneries; breakfast and lunches organized. You will share best practices in a great & new cinema atmosphere!
Located in a Brussels suburb, it opened in September 1988 and is built as part of the Brupark amusement park which also includes the Oceadium (an indoor swimming complex with saunas and solarium), a model village and a model Europe set in miniature which can be walked through. All screens are THX certified.

Formerly a cinema, the theatre makes every gathering a grand event. In addition to the unique setting, it boasts the most modern technological equipment. The theatre is listed as a national historic monument by Royal Decree and has been entirely restored, out of respect of its original character and Hispanic-Arab-Moorish style. It can accommodate up to 800 people for a cocktail and 450 for a seated dinner.
One of the numerous reasons to consider the Hotel Le Plaza as an exception hotel and point of reference in Brussels is its astonishing "Theatre Plaza". This grand and unique venue, listed for its architectural value, welcomes 850 persons under its superb stucco ceiling, balconies and gilded arches.
Built in 1930, in a unique Spanish – Arab – Moorish style, this theatre was formerly used as a cinema and considered as a reference for premieres such as 'Gone with the Wind' whilst Vivien Leigh had made of the hotel her favorite place to stay in Brussels.
When restored in 1996, the absolute decision to keep the original boxes, the genuine bracket-lamps, the stage as well as the richly sculpted wall ornaments of Andalusian inspiration, lend an inimitable stamp to this multipurpose room, ideal for the organization of conferences, workshops, banquets, receptions, shows, concerts and unique venue in the heart of the European capital.
